Positioning a services marketplace from zero

QServe is a concept for a verified home and personal services marketplace in Qatar, with positioning, business model and investor case prepared ahead of launch.

  • Market Positioning
  • Customer Journey
  • Business Model
  • Investor Presentation
  • UX/UI
The QServe cover with the line One App. Every Service and the app home screen.

Concept proposal, not yet launched

QServe has not shipped. What follows is positioning and business-model work, with no users, revenue or performance data attached to it.

The problem

Finding trusted home and personal services in Qatar is fragmented, informal and hard to verify. The market runs on WhatsApp groups, Instagram pages and word of mouth. No trust, no pricing, no accountability. Customers waste hours searching, and skilled providers cannot find customers.

The position

One App. Every Service. Verified providers and a single clear booking journey under one trusted marketplace brand, serving three groups at once: households and residents, verified service professionals, and corporate facility clients.

My work covered the market positioning, the customer journey, the service-category architecture, the business model, the investor presentation and the UX/UI.

The service journey

The category architecture splits into home, lifestyle, business and a fourth tier held on the roadmap, so every new category rides the same supply, trust layer and customer base rather than starting acquisition from zero.
